Utsavam Apartment Hotel

We came as a family with an infant and booked a four-sharing AC apartment. There are two AC bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, plus a hall, a TV area, and a small kitchen where you can't cook. It has a small refrigerator, kettle, four plates and glasses, a wash basin, and a tea kit. The cupboards had plenty of room, and the apartment also had a balcony with a nice view. The rooms, beds, sheets, and bathrooms were very clean. Each bathroom had two soaps and shampoos. Hot water wasn't very hot for bathing. They provide only two bottles of mineral water by default, which felt like too little for four people, and extra bottles cost more. We asked for an iron box, and the service staff arranged one. There was parking with an EV charging point. Breakfast is included, though the choices were limited due to a gas shortage. The TV is Android rather than connected to a cable provider, so OTT and YouTube are available. Wifi is there, though I didn't use it. They accept card and UPI payments, but there's no negotiation on the price and full payment is due at check-in. Extras such as water bottles or an extra bed can be paid at checkout. All the staff were polite and well behaved.

The Wi-Fi could be faster, and a few parts of the property could use small upgrades. Even so, Utsavam Hotel Apartment was good value for money and felt comfortable and homely, a reasonable choice for families or longer stays. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well kept. The kitchenette was especially handy for an extended visit, and the beds were comfortable. Staff were courteous and helpful, check-in and checkout were smooth, and requests were taken care of promptly. The location also made it easy to reach nearby shops and local attractions.

Our 1BHK at Utsavam Apartments, Guruvayur was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a really nice, peaceful view. The room quality and atmosphere were the best parts of the stay. They offer free pickup and drop-off to the temple, but it wasn't as convenient as we'd expected. Breakfast was included but served at another hotel about 150 meters away, which was a little inconvenient. Apart from that, we had a good stay.

The atmosphere at Utsavam Apartments felt homely and welcoming, and Ameer was very helpful. Staff were polite and available when we needed assistance. Check-in and checkout were easy, and the amenities were as promised. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and well maintained, making it a good fit for families and temple pilgrims. It's peaceful and comfortable while still being a short distance from Guruvayur Temple. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend it as a clean, comfortable, hassle-free option with good value for money. Tq very much Ameer
