Hotel Green Forest

The rooms weren't clean and didn't look anything like the pictures posted on Google. The place felt very unprofessional, with zero ambience, and the owner behaved very badly. Across from the hotel, the surrounding community was cutting animals for food, and there seemed to be a police station on the opposite side. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a place near the airport. It seems more like somewhere for people who want to stay for half an hour, one or two hours, but no longer.

OYO couldn't provide the room I'd booked and paid for online, so it arranged this hotel and assured me it was safe and had good reviews because it was opposite a police camp. My experience was very different. During my January stay, someone repeatedly kicked my door at 3:00 AM. I asked who it was, but got no response. When I opened the door, no one was there. I also heard tapping throughout the night, which made the place feel creepy. The bathroom was smelly and unhygienic, the room hadn't been cleaned properly, and there were mosquitoes and small insects. There was no extra lock on the inside of the door, which left me feeling unsafe. This was the worst place I've ever stayed.

The staff and manager behaved very badly.

There's no proper water supply, and they have no card machines, so they ask you to get cash. The AC barely cools at all, the fan works better. Anything you order arrives late, and the person delivering it tries to peek into your room. The delivery guy asks for a tip for every bottle of water. The staff are the worst I've ever seen. Don't trust the photos posted in other reviews, this is the most unhygienic hotel and nothing like them. Satisfaction: 0%. Money wasted: 100%.
