The peaceful, refreshing setting at Brahmaputra Jungle Resort, Sonapur, Guwahati worked really well for our workshop and team activities. The conference arrangements were managed well, the rooms were comfortable, and the natural surroundings suited productive discussion and collaboration. We held the CML KRA & AWP Workshop for FY 2026-27 there on 25th–26th May 2026, with our stay from 25th–27th May, and had a wonderful experience. Mr. Sunit Ranjan Bhattacharjee gave us outstanding hospitality, personal attention, and steady support throughout. His warm coordination helped make everything smooth, memorable, and successful. We appreciate the whole resort team’s service and support. Thank you, Mr. Sunit Ranjan Bhattacharjee and the Brahmaputra Jungle Resort team. We look forward to visiting again.

About 70 of us from Assam Engineering College gathered at Brahmaputra Jungle Resort, Sonapur on 10th January 2026 for our Grand Get Together, and we had the time of our lives. Our friend and classmate Tridib Sarma, the owner of BJR, handled the arrangements, and everything from the setup, decoration, and sound system to the food was perfectly organized. The morning tea, high tea, and lunch platters were delicious, and service was excellent. Some of us stayed overnight, and I was glad I did. We chatted by the campfire, had dinner beside the pond, and slept well in a large, comfortable room. I woke feeling fresh and rejuvenated, then went for a short walk with friends and enjoyed breakfast. We left with lovely memories and hope to return. My heartfelt thanks to Tridib, his son Migam, and all the staff.

The restaurant food was edible, but its quality and taste fell short of expectations. That kept me from giving four stars. We stayed one night and otherwise had a relaxing time. The location, rooms, and general atmosphere are great, and it seems especially suited to families with kids. If you’re uncomfortable around children, it may not be the right place for you.

The traditional Assamese style of the decorations gave our wedding a lovely, authentic, elegant feel, and the whole team handled every detail beautifully. We booked around 20 rooms for nearly 40 guests to stay two nights, with another 50 guests coming from outside for the wedding functions. On 15th April, the wedding at Brahmaputra Jungle Resort turned out to be one of our best decisions. Service and decoration exceeded our expectations, and the food was outstanding over both days, from traditional Assamese dishes to Chinese starters and other dishes our guests enjoyed. The hospitality, ambience, and staff support made the occasion memorable. Thanks to the whole team for a beautiful, stress-free wedding. Highly recommended for weddings and family events.
