The paid dinner was decent, but the rest of my stay at Hotel Royal Heritage was uncomfortable. The room smelled unpleasant, and poor ventilation made it stuffy. The bathroom had no exhaust fan or proper duct system, and the washbasin leaked. There was no hot water, and the landline phone didn't work. The place needs better upkeep and cleanliness, along with attention to basic amenities. I hope management addresses these issues for future guests.

Twin rooms are in the interior part, and they smell weird, so keep that in mind. Otherwise, for a 3-star place, Hotel Royal Heritage is pretty solid. It's simple and clean, and the staff were really helpful with my reservation. I'd recommend it if you're on a budget.

The staff were all very cordial and supportive, and provided the logistics we needed. The rooms were comfortable, and the location made it easy to get around. For a 3-star hotel, it had everything we needed. A good, comfortable place to stay.

The staff were incredibly helpful, and the place was clean and comfortable. Great value for money, and easily the best 3-star hotel I've stayed in. It exceeded my expectations, and I'd definitely return. Highly recommended.
