OYO 23373 Hotel Midline

There’s a lot that needs improving. The breakfast was very poor and low quality, and guests should get at least two Bisleri water bottls a day. The rooms have slippery tiles and no catpets, so someone could slip and get born cracks. A small stool in the bathroom would let people sit while bathing, and rooms should have a pair of slippers.

The room was cramped, the sheets and blankets were very dirty, and the air conditioner didn’t work. We paid for two days but stayed one night and checked out at 6pm. They said late checkout concessions didn’t apply at this hotel, although the oyo app says it applies until 6pm at around 30% of the booked price. The stay wasn’t good.

My online payment was made two days before arrival, and I had a confirmed booking, but there was nobody at reception when I arrived. I waited almost two hours for a room. Service was poor, and in the morning there was no water in the washroom. Reception said a pipe was leaking. OYO assist customer care gave me the property manager’s number, but he didn’t answer despite my repeated calls. I hope nobody else has to go through this.

I booked through the Oyo helpline and paid the full amount. When we called the hotel reception, they said the online price was too low for them to accept and told us to call the helpline to cancel. If they weren’t comfortable with the price, they should have said so before taking payment. It completely wasted my time. Worthless, you shouldn’t have merged with Oyo.
