The bathroom smelled like a public toilet, and it looked as though it had never been cleaned. For a family, I wouldn’t recommend staying here at all. The location is good, but guests have plenty of other options. Maybe biker groups who stay up chatting or smoking all night would suit the place better. Their bikes can park safely inside, though that still doesn’t make this a good stay. We’d booked a deluxe queen room with a balcony online, but when we arrived, we were told that room had already been booked offline. I still can’t make sense of that. The owner said we’d booked a small room and offered something else for an extra 500, maybe. Since it was already 10 pm and we had nowhere else to go, we agreed. Then we were given a deluxe queen room with a balcony after all. I didn’t know whether to laugh or cry. There was construction going on, but they wouldn’t let me park inside even though there was plenty of space. The caretaker or bellboy then kept knocking on our door at midnight to get back the keys he’d given me earlier. It caused a lot of anxiety and left us sleepless when we wanted to get up early. You don’t feel valued as a guest here. Avoid it, even with the good location.

The pictures made the room look decent, but I was put in a low-budget room that was dirty, with an AC that didn’t work properly. A horrible stay and a total letdown. It felt like false advertising, and I wouldn’t recommend it 😞

There’s no lift to the fourth floor, which is basically the terrace, and the staff barely provided any service. The balcony was said to be included, but it’s only about 12 cm wide, so you can barely stand there, and the floor has no plaster. Being up on the terrace also meant very low water pressure. This was my worst stay. Please improve the staff service and add a lift. Poor.

We stayed two days. The rooms and bathroom were good, and the AC worked well. They also offer rental bikes. The main problem was having to walk all four floors because there’s no lift. It’s under construction, so maybe I’ll give five stars if it’s there when I visit again.

The photos here are very different from what we found. There were dirty corners and spider webs behind the curtain, the floor was wet, and the towels we got were damp. We had to wait to check in even though the official check-in time had passed, and there was no water bottle. After that, the place felt overpriced. The rooms are on the third floor, which can be inconvenient. The boy told us to go to the rooms but didn’t show us the way, so we had to call several times just to find them. The stay itself was okay, but the rooms were dirty.
