Treebo Park Palace

Hotel Park Palace has spacious, spotless rooms with modern amenities and a cozy feel. Staff welcomed me warmly, and the fresh ambiance made it feel homey. The in-house dining was lovely, with fresh, flavorful dishes and a good range of choices. Its convenient location works for business or leisure. Service from the front desk, housekeeping, and room service was handled efficiently and with a genuine smile. The hotel's attention to detail and personalized care stood out. It combines luxury with affordability, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and convenience.

The rooftop café was my favorite part. The food and drinks were great, and the atmosphere was lovely for relaxing with city views. The meals were delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. Right in the heart of the city, the hotel also had cozy, comfortable rooms that were well maintained. A wonderful stay, and highly recommended for a visit to town.

I stayed for two days and had several basic items missing. There was no shower gel or bucket in the bathroom, and the room had no tea bags, sugar, or other sachets that were supposed to be included. They also didn't provide a bath towel at check-in. I was told they were all in the laundry, and didn't get one until 7 PM. The staff's hospitality wasn't up to the mark.

There were eggshell pieces in the fish curry I ordered. That's unhygienic and unacceptable. They still charged me for it, and I'm very disappointed with both the food quality and service. I'll file a complaint, because this kind of negligence isn't okay.
