The room itself was good, and for the price the place was about what I expected. But the washroom hadn't been cleaned, and when I asked, room service ignored me. A bottle of room-temperature water costs 30/-. We ordered coffee, were told it was being made, then later heard “chini khatam hai.” We waited a long time and eventually cancelled it. The TV had no supply, and the AC wasn't working properly. If facilities and service aren't important to you, it could still be a decent place to stay for the price.

There were guys smoking at reception when I arrived. The service was pathetic, and the room was in bad shape: hair and other unnecessary stuff on the floor, an unclean bedsheet, and a towel that hadn't even been washed. I had to keep asking the service boy for every little thing. They don't have their own parking either.

We had booked four days after looking at the photos, but moved to another hotel the next morning. Our room was on the third floor, the lift wasn't working, and the place was very dirty. The floor felt sticky, the locks were loose, there was no cleaning, and the bedsheet hadn't been changed from the previous guests. The washroom smelled awful and looked as if it hadn't been cleaned for months, worse than a public toilet. I went to reception several times, but they were indifferent. With two bags to carry upstairs and conditions like that, we couldn't stay. This is not at all a family hotel. See the room before booking, and don't trust the pictures.

Nothing in the room worked: the TV, AC, and phone were all out, and there was no soap, towel, or hot water. The room and toilet were dirty, there was a smoking smell everywhere, and the dustbin outside the rooms was dirty too. I had to go to reception for every small thing, but nothing was resolved. The receptionist kept saying it was pending due to maintenance. There was no room service. A very bad experience.
