Super Hotel O Lavish Tranquil

I picked this place because it was in Miyapur, but the room and service matter more than location. I’m sharing this for anyone looking for good service: it was a very dirty hotel. The room and sheets were filthy, and the towel was so dirty too. I paid 1200, which was completely unworthy. 200 is enough for a room and maintenance like that. The guys were unprofessional and not supportive. They take the money, but this is how they do things. Thu.....

The AC leaked, with water running from the pipes across the walls, and the beds and sheets weren’t maintained properly. There was no proper service, and the hotel was rubbish. When we checked in at night, the Hindi-speaking receptionist was completely rude. Nobody working there spoke properly to customers, and the night receptionist was especially rude. There’s nothing good about the place, so I wouldn’t recommend it.

There was no water, no plates, and no cleaning. The hotel had just one gutka boy for the whole place, while guests they gave rooms to kept drinking, shouting, and knocking on doors all night. When we raised the issue, the hotel guy wouldn’t listen. Mass area and cultured management. There are many other hotels nearby. STRICTLY AVOID IT.

The location was the one thing I liked, since it’s close to the highway where you get off the bus. The place and service were mediocre. It’s fine if you just need somewhere for one night.
