Hotel Maxsun Gwalior

I stayed here on January 17, and it was a very bad experience. The banquet hall speaker and DJ noise was out of control, with no time limit for operating the DJ. Staff were incredibly unprofessional and unhelpful, and seemed uninterested in assisting guests.

The food was another letdown. Breakfast had very few options, and what was available was cold and bland. I ended up eating out for every meal, which wasn't what I had planned. The room also wasn't properly cleaned, with dust on the furniture and stains on the bedding. For the price we paid, I expected much better cleanliness. I had high hopes, but the staff were unprofessional and unhelpful, and seemed disinterested in assisting guests. When I went to the front desk with a simple request, they were dismissive and showed no urgency. Overall, a disappointing experience. I won't return or recommend it to others.

Our field trip group had 62 people, and the hotel looked after us well. We were genuinely happy with the service. A great place in Gwalior.
