I went to Gwalior for the MPPSC2023 exam and chose this hotel for my stay. The owner abused me and even tried to hit me because I'd paid through the OYO app. That was the worst moment of my life. It was my first visit to Madhya Pradesh, and this experience lowered my opinion of the people of Gwalior. I'd sooner stay at the railway station than at this hotel.
The service was poor. I was met at night by a bunch of smokers and drinkers, and if you book online, they may refuse to give you a room. I even had to ask for soap, a bucket, and for the washroom to be cleaned.
The rooms, bedsheet, and washroom were all very dirty. There was no RO water, and the cooler they gave us didn't have water for cool air. There wasn't even Wi-Fi. I don't know why they run a hotel.
The entrance gate and stairs are in very bad condition. There's no handrail on the stairs to hold while going up, which is bad for senior citizens.
Don't go to this OYO room. It was a pathetic stay, just a complete wreck of an experience. That's from my own experience.
