Krishna Guest House by OYO Rooms

My friend booked through the OYO app at a reasonable rate, but on arrival the owner said the rooms weren’t available and the price was too low for the hotel. If that was an issue, they shouldn’t have accepted the booking, or should have cancelled it earlier. The owner and staff were very rude at check-in, and my friend had to find another hotel. They seemed greedy and irresponsible. I’d never recommend staying here.

There’s parking, the staff are helpful, and it’s a quiet place without crowds. The in-house restaurant is currently unavailable because of covid-19, but you can get food delivered from some good restaurants. A good guest house for a peaceful stay.

The place listed above was not associated with oyo, and I ran into a problem when I arrived because they denied me. I tried contacting oyo but couldn’t speak to anyone at first. After I chatted, a representative called to help, though they had limited authority and couldn’t refund me right away or move me elsewhere. I’ve since received a full refund. The representative did her best. oyo should keep room availability status updated so guests don’t have this problem after reaching their destination.

The staff were very polite, and there’s basement parking too.
