The room itself was good, but the bathroom was dirty, with several things broken or leaking. The people working there seemed amateurish. For an AC room at 1500 Rp., the price is ridiculous. The fan only ran at full speed, and sounded like a machine.

I had to find another hotel by 10:30pm because this guest house was so poorly maintained and the staff’s attitude was the biggest problem. They didn’t treat me like a guest. I’d booked through make my trip and arrived at 8pm, but the day receptionist said the room wasn’t ready. After a 20-minute wait, he gave me one on the 3rd floor. The floor was dirty, the bed wasn’t clean, hair was scattered around, and the toilet was unclean. There were cigarette buds, no drinking water, and no toiletry, which you get in all Oyo rooms. I called reception from the room, and was told they had no cleaning staff and that, since I needed to check out early, I should just see if the bed was clean. At reception, I asked for the Oyo owner’s number but got no answer. Calling the MakeMyTrip helpline took a long time. MakeMyTrip then called reception, and the receptionist said he’d try to get another staff member to clean. I went back after they confirmed it was done, but the floor and room were still not cleaned. The room and decoration looked nicely constructed, but were badly maintained. I wouldn’t recommend this guest house. There are many better hotels, even if they cost a few more bucks.

We booked offline. The interiors looked good, but the rooms and bathrooms weren’t clean at all, and the bedsheets smelled. Service was good, though, and the power went out for around 15 mins one morning during our stay.

There was hair all over the room, and the washbasin tap didn’t work properly. The bottom of the toilet was black from poor cleaning. Sorry to give 2 stars, but they should check everything properly before assigning a room.
