From the street, the hotel looked nice, but the rooms didn't live up to that. Some had a smell, and water was seeping through the walls. The service was only average, and the helpline phones in a few rooms weren't working.

There was no mineral water available, and when I asked for regular water or tea in my room, I was told to help myself in the common area. Nobody seemed bothered about serving guests. The service was pathetic.

The manager and staff were rude, entitled, and unprofessional. This was about the worst service a person could experience. I wouldn't recommend staying here at all.

I was extremely dissatisfied with the room and the hotel's service. The rooms were unhygienic, and staff seemed to sleep in the rooms before cleaning them. Used glasses were just rinsed with water and put back in the room.

The staff weren't very helpful, and the cleaning in my small room wasn't done properly. It also looked much better online than it did in person. There may be better places at this price. My stay fell short of expectations.
