Breakfast is included, and the rooms are clean, no doubt. The front of the hotel could use a bit more cleaning, and management needs to improve. I can't tell if things were so disorganized because of Biswakarma puja or if that's just how they usually are.
The staff sat in the corridors talking so loudly that I had to complain to the manager. The place is about 22 years old, and much of the construction shows its age. My room wasn't properly maintained, and hygiene was poor. There were little cockroaches in the room and even inside the menu book. The TV remote didn't work, and the AC had no remote. Food quality was poor, and there were service issues. It's average at best and not suitable for families.
There was hardly anything to choose from at breakfast, and the rates seemed exorbitant for the room's condition and ambience. The room was in very bad shape, with mosquitoes flying around as if it had been made for them. The AC wasn't working properly either.
The food is overpriced, and the service was the worst I've ever had. The room was old and poorly maintained. They wouldn't provide an AC remote, and when I asked, they said it wasn't possible to give me one.
