At The Bern, no one seemed to listen or respond when we tried to get help. We had to call the staff over repeatedly just to place our order, and even then things were poorly managed. The salad arrived after we'd already finished eating. Even if the food is good, this kind of service makes it hard to enjoy the meal. The experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. If I could give zero stars, I honestly would.

The food was superb. We tried the Chicken Tikka and Homemade Chicken Gravy, and both were so tasty. The hospitality was better than at any five-star hotel, with extremely polite staff. Although the property is small, it's an excellent place to stay in a small town like Hanumangarh, with five-star comfort and luxury rooms. It offers complete value for money, with a perfect ambiance and location too.

The cocktail was excellent, and I enjoyed it, but there were several problems. The hotel is out of town, and the staff seemed inefficient. We couldn't understand them, and they couldn't understand us. There was just one bath towel in the room; I asked reception for another, then called later to ask again, but it never came. The restaurant brought a dish we hadn't ordered. I also had trouble paying, as every card I presented was rejected.

Goldy looked after us with warmth and professionalism. Their polite manner and quick service made the visit even better, and the food was delicious, with every dish well prepared and full of flavor. A delightful experience overall. I'd definitely recommend this place for good food and excellent hospitality.

For travelers looking for a chain hotel, this was the only option in hanumangarh, and we were glad to find it. The breakfast buffet was amazing, especially the delicious chaach, dosa, and idlis. Housekeeping could do a better job and needs a little more training. It wasn't bad, but it could be better.
