Hotel Aarti Darshan

The location near Har ki Paudi was the one good thing. Don't trust the Google images. The rooms were below standard: dirty bedsheet, no slippers or towels, torn wall plaster, and no sealed water. When we asked for water, they charged us for bottles. Only two people could fit in the lift. We'd told the hotel owner while booking that we'd arrive early in the morning and asked for early check-in. He partly agreed. But when I got to Haridwar at 6 am a week later and spoke to staff, they couldn't find our booking. I was in a mess. They located it an hour later and said it had been a system glitch. When we asked about checking in early, the front desk executive said there were no rooms until the standard 11 am checkout and told us to go out, roam around, and have breakfast. We came back at 11, and a different executive said they'd kept a room for us as requested and the earlier person had messed up. We finally checked in, but the room condition was poor.

The team was good and the food was good too. A nice place to stay near har ki pauri, and I’d recommend it to everyone.

The facilities were really good, and the place felt charming. The staff were very pleasant too 🌹🎊🎊

We had no electricity all night, yet they charged extra for an AC room. The rooms are third grade and completely unmaintained. This isn't a hotel, it's a scam to cheat tourists and pilgrims.
