Hotel Himalaya Haridwar @ Har Ki Pauri Road

We stayed for two days and had a really good experience, especially with the room service. The room was spacious and clean, and the hotel kept things very hygienic. Food was tasty and well priced, and they packed meals for our travels, so there was no need to go elsewhere to eat. Mr. Akash, who handles the food service, was great at arranging what we wanted. Thanks, and I’d happily stay here again.

Getting around was easy since the hotel is on a main road and local transport is right outside. Har ki pauri, Mansa devi and the railway station are nearby, and there are plenty of places to eat within walking distance. We tried both a deluxe room and a family room. The size was decent, but the furniture was old and poorly maintained. In the washroom, drainage was not working properly and the tap was loose.

The staff were very polite and helpful, and the room had mineral water, tea and coffee, and fresh towels. It was spotless, with no damp, fungus or bad smell. Everything was great apart from the TV, which didn't work.

The service was good, and the hotel is easy to reach from the main parts of Haridwar. The rooms are small but manageable. Just avoid looking out the window, since there's a sewage drain right beside the hotel.
