They charged me 2500/- for a third class room and service. There were no towels or soap, no hot water, and no lift. The service was pathetic, and it felt like they were only there to earn money, not provide service. I wouldn't recommend it at all. Better to stay under a tree than spend money here. Please avoid it.

A great stay near Har ki pauri. The staff were polite and gentle.

The hotel service was nice, and the manager was such a helpful, cooperative person. Great service.

A complete waste of money. Prices are far too high for what you get, and the location is far from Har ki pedi. The staff weren't cooperative; the room TV didn't work, there was no geyser or hot water, and the bathroom bucket was broken. A very bad experience.

The rooms didn’t justify the price, and the pictures gave the wrong impression. Food was poor too, so I’d order from outside. Some staff seemed friendly, but the receptionist or manager’s ego really spoiled the day. It was a horrific stay, maybe worse. Since I can’t give zero stars, I’m giving one.
