The AC was good, and the staff were very polite and helpful. The location is good too, but the rooms are very old and smell unpleasant, and the bathrooms are in very bad shape. There is no hot water through the day apart from the mornings. They should renovate the rooms and make some changes.

The first day was fine, but water became a problem for the remaining 3 days of our stay. Our booking at Hotel Le Central was from 14-Nov-2024 to 17-Nov-2024 (4 days) for a Haridwar program, with 75 of us, men and women, staying there. Despite repeated requests for morning bath water, the geyser did not provide hot water. My group and I had to bathe in cold water for 3 days, and the manager didn't answer when we called. The service was not worth the money we paid, or all our hard work. Hotel Le Central's service was very bad. Because of the water shortage, some women defecated and urinated in the bucket and mug kept in the bathroom.

There was no car parking or restaurant, and the TV didn't work. There were only 2 to 3 staff, and they were very arrogant. This is the worst hotel I have ever seen. I strongly suggest you don't book it.

It's good value for money at this price and very well located, on the main road near the station, bus stand, and market, with 24 hr taxi/auto service. There are good entries all around. Housekeeping needs improvement.

The room smelled bad, the lights weren't working, and the AC stopped working at night. The property information was wrong: there was no car parking, restaurant, free breakfast, or wifi. I wasted my money and couldn't switch hotels because everything else was full, so I had to stay there with my family.
