I only chose this place because my usual hotel, "Hotel Crystal Ganga Heights", was full that day. "Hotel Crystal Ganga Heights" is just to the right of this hotel and gives much better, higher-quality service. Although this property is rated 4 stars, the service doesn’t feel better than 2 stars. You have to ask for everything, from a clean bedsheet and bathroom towel to a hand towel or even a glass for drinking water. Pathetic hotel and staff.

I ordered milk for my baby and was charged 250/- plus taxes for one bottle. It felt like pure loot in the name of service. Housekeeping and room service were both late, and we had to call repeatedly to get things done. I wouldn’t recommend it, at least for room service or dining.

The manager was rude and dismissive when we complained, and misbehaved with us instead of apologizing or sorting things out. At Hotel Park Grand, Haridwar, the bathroom was filthy and had a foul, sickening smell that made it unusable. The door locks in our room also didn’t work properly, which raised safety concerns. Hygiene, safety, and customer service were all lacking. Don’t stay here.

They charge like a three-star property, but the service doesn’t match. There’s no luggage service, and the ACs in the rooms weren’t working. Women were being used for luggage handling. There’s no car wash service either. The breakfast menu was very poor, with no variety.

The rooms were cozy, and the food was delicious. A nice hotel and a very pleasant experience.
