It’s right on the main road near Ranipur Mode, so you don’t have to travel around looking for a place to stay. The staff were perfect, and there’s an ATM very close by, along with lots of nearby restaurants. The rooms are good quality, prices are normal, and I was comfortable with what was provided.

The lift didn’t work, cleaning and food were poor, and the old property smelled all the time, including the room. There was no hot water, and the lights could go out any time, day or night, leaving the room in complete darkness. A pathetic stay.

I paid 4k, and there was no refund policy. The photos on mmt looked promising, but the property turned out to be old and misleading. There wasn't even drinking water service, and the sofas were dirty. The scammers there ruined the peaceful Haridwar trip I had hoped for and left me with a very bad impression of the town.

Rooms are neat and clean, and the service is very good. It's an affordable place right in the heart of the city.

There were rats all over this unhygienic place. They even cut the electricity so you couldn't use the AC.
