We’re sharing this on behalf of our customer, Mr. Santosh Singh Banafar. Breakfast was included in the package, but the hotel refused to provide it, and the kitchen was unhygienic. The washroom was very dirty too. They also took our customer's glasses, worth Rs.3500/-, and only gave them back after he got rude. The worst hotel ever. We won't book here again and have recommended that others avoid it too.

Finding it can be tricky since the display name and OYO logo aren't there. Still, the hotel offers good value for the price, and the amenities and stay are really good. It's very close to Shantikunj Gate No 4 & 5, so it's a decent option if you're looking near Shanti kunj in Haridwar. A MUST visit for that area.

I spent three days here and they never changed my bedsheets. The staff were arrogant and completely uncooperative. I couldn't get anyone to point me to a restaurant, arrange a vehicle, or help move my luggage into it this morning. Bad hotel.

After a long journey, there wasn't even a proper restaurant where we could sit and eat, and room service was very bad. The rooms were dirty, and they switched off the AC without telling us. I'm very disappointed with the service. I won't recommend this hotel to friends or relatives. If things keep going this way, OYO will become the worst company for hotel bookings. Very, very sad with your service, OYO 😡

The rooms are spacious, but the shared drivers' dormitory wasn't useful, and the rooms were unclean with insects everywhere. It's a long way from hari-ki-paudi. Rickshaw drivers asked for rs 200 and eventually took 150. I'm surprised the rating is 4,5 stars.
