What made this stay feel so comfortable was the people. Mr Chandan, the Manager, handled things with real dedication, and Smt Sheela mam was always ready to help with amenities and service. Mr Avinesh, the Restorent Manager, Mr Rajkumar, the Kashmiri staff, and the housekeeping team were all warm and helpful. Ms Sharanya, Ms savi, and Mr Ganesh kept things clean and hygienic. We stayed for 7-8 days, and the place had a home-like feel, with plenty of space and a peaceful atmosphere. The food was good quality and reminded us of home cooking. It’s a large Citadle, with a big building, hall, and rooms. We first booked a top class room for two days because a room wasn’t available for the rest of our dates. After that, we booked a premieme room because of the tariff ceiling, but Mr Chandan let us stay in the biggest, top class room without hesitation. The owner, Mr Jagdish Agrwal, was also very kind. We met him in the hall by chance, and later he personally assured me he’d provide everything, regardless of the terrif plan.

Our kids had a good time in the garden and using the amenities, so this worked well for a family trip. The food was good too, and the price felt fair for what we got. It’s a nice place near Hyderabad airport, in Gagan Pahad, Shamshabad.

Mr. Lovaraju (Housekeeping Manager) took extra care to make sure everything was just right, and his warm, professional manner really stood out. We found the room cozy and very well-kept, and the service felt genuine. I was really impressed with the stay and would absolutely recommend it, 5 stars from me.

Citadines was a comfortable and safe choice, with spacious rooms and a strong focus on hygiene and cleanliness. The staff were so courteous, polite, and helpful that they deserve five stars for service. We enjoyed the restaurant food, though the menu had limited options. There also isn’t much of a restaurant scene nearby.

Citadel was close enough to the Statue of Equality, which was what we needed, and the stay itself was comfortable. Breakfast was set up in the ballroom while the restaurant was being renovated. It wasn’t ideal, but there was a decent spread. Parking was the main hassle: there’s no covered parking for cars, so ours sat in an open ground and was covered in sand every morning.
