Hotel Yasodha Towers

We had a confirmed online booking, but were refused a room and never got the booking amount back. The staff were rude and unprofessional throughout. We were a Tamil-speaking family, and the way they spoke to us left us feeling mocked and disrespected. They asked intrusive questions about who the second person was and whether we were married, then demanded proof. We agreed to show valid ID and proof, but they still turned us away without a proper reason. A very unpleasant, disappointing experience. I can't recommend this hotel.

The rooms, housekeeping, and general ambience were good. The hotel is on the main road, across from Hosur bus stand, but getting a vehicle in is difficult because cars are often parked by the entrance. The route to the parking area is narrow, so only one vehicle can pass at a time.

We were late and lucky to find a room, though at first I was doubtful about the cleanliness and thought the tariff was a little above average. The property turned out to be fantastic, with a decent parking lot, and we were happy with the hospitality. I couldn't try the food. The entrance is awkward, with lots of vehicles blocking the way in and out, but I don't think there's a better nearby place for families.

The room was spacious and clean, though it looked old and could use some improvement. It's easy to get to from the bus stand, and having a hotel attached is a plus. A good option for business travelers.
