The rooftop and balconies have a breathtaking view, but they are also restrobars where men drink and stare at women, which can feel uncomfortable. The lake and waterfall nearby add to the scenery, though the hotel doesn't look after its surroundings enough to bring out their beauty. Inside, the hotel feels ordinary and disorganized, the rooms could be cleaner and more pleasant, and the few staff members offer only mediocre hospitality. There's no WiFi, and mobile network is horrible throughout. We just wanted to get through the night and leave early, but there were no cab or auto services available there. Girls travelling in groups, I wouldn't consider staying here.

We saw snakes swimming toward our boat, which made an already worrying situation feel even less safe for children. The life jackets supplied for boating were poorly maintained, with many looking like worn fabric and missing proper flotation material. They offered little to no protection.

The service was good, but the food didn't taste as good as we expected. It's a decent place, though not especially enjoyable.

There’s plenty of parking, and children can also go on boat rides. We had chicken kabab and chicken biryani, both tasted good, and the service was good too. The restaurant is in the valley, with a nice view while dining, and there’s spacious seating that can accommodate groups.
