We booked directly at reception, where the friendly staff explained the available room choices. Our room was comfortable and well maintained. The first-floor restaurant served complimentary breakfast, which was decent. We had dinner there too; the selection was limited, but the food was good. Parking is in front of the hotel, and we had no trouble finding a space since it wasn't a busy day.

We stayed at Peppermint Hotel for a wedding. The rooms were okay, though the quality seems to vary by room type. Ours had a wardrobe, kettle, water bottles, toiletries, and a small TV, but we also found a few cockroaches, which was a major downside. Parking only fits about 4-5 cars. The hotel restaurant had no vegetarian dinner options when we called, so we ordered from Zomato instead. At checkout, they first tried to bill us for a restaurant charge even though we hadn't ordered anything, then had to check with the restaurant and correct it. There was also an odd key issue: we left around 7 PM and came back around 10 PM, and they asked for our keys to log back in, saying the system would have logged us out.

The restaurant and food are good. The hotel is close to the NH and Hosur bus stand, but it has limited parking and service. It's a mid-range hospital, and room renovation is currently underway. The bath towels and housekeeping weren't up to standard. Only green tea was provided in the room.
