Hotel Dhammanagi Comforts by OYO Rooms

Right in the center of Hubli, this is a wonderful hotel, kept neat, tidy, and well maintained.

The bed cushioning was the one letdown. Otherwise, it’s a pretty good place, centrally located, with good service and upkeep.

I had to stay there for more than seven days, and the water was a constant problem. There was no hot water from the taps, and even the regular cold water barely came through. After I asked many times, they moved us to another room the next morning, but that had problems too. The AC didn't work properly for two days, and the fan was out for three. When I asked for complimentary drinking water, a rude staff member said I'd have to pay extra. The service was poor, and the property wasn't worth a rating.

A waste of money. It felt like an old lodge pretending to be new, with rude staff and hopeless service. For this price, the room should cost around Rs 1000, and you can find better.
