The breakfast was decent, and the rooms were clean and just right. It's a great location on Gokul Rd, with malls nearby and easy access to the airport and station. A good hotel with all the amenities.

Housekeeping staff were rude, and the restaurant food was very bad. When we asked for something, they made faces. The service wasn't worth a penny, and although they charged a service amount, we got 0% service. When I complained, the manager didn't look into it. This isn't good for children or a family stay, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They don't seem to know what hospitality means. I've also got a video of their behavior and plan to post it soon. Better to research and find a good hotel.

I booked a Deluxe King AC Room for three nights and four days at Hotel Oasis Suite, Hubballi, expecting a comfortable stay. Instead, the hotel held a loud night event without telling guests. The music blared through the night and made sleep impossible. I called reception to ask for the volume to be reduced, but got no proper response for nearly two hours. At about 1:30 AM I went down there myself, and still nothing effective was done. A hotel should keep things peaceful late at night. Poor management, a lack of professionalism, and careless handling of guests completely spoiled the stay. I'm highly dissatisfied with the service and noise management.

For a short visit or business trip, the rooms work well, and the location and ambience are great. At reception, Sunayna or Aditya CJ is always there to listen patiently. Mr. Ayub (CGM) is another hospitality gem and handles everything smoothly. Make sure to try the food at Malvan Tadka. The chef knows what he's doing, and Satyajeet can suggest and serve dishes suited to your taste. All in all, a great stay and good value for money in Hubli. Thanks to the Oasis Team.
