Bee oak

This place is overrated. The rooms were dirty and the bedsheets weren't clean. I wouldn't recommend it to family.

The staff and management made this stay especially difficult. I had to keep asking for fresh towels, and the sheets they gave me were torn and in terrible shape. The owner and manager were uncooperative. I even offered to pay extra for a cup of tea from outside, but they told staff not to provide that service. There was often no running water in the washroom because staff forgot to switch on the tank motor. It also felt neither secure nor hygienic. My room had no window and a broken cupboard. The washroom didn't function properly and had nowhere to hang clothes or towels. At midnight, I asked to fill my bottle with regular water and was told to buy it instead. I travel for nearly six months a year and haven't had a stay this disappointing. It was pathetic, and I strongly advise others not to spend their money here. There are better options at the same price.

The service was just okay. The bathrooms had no locks, so we had to change them. The manager was creepy and asked women personal questions.

Bee Oak Budget Hotel had a pleasant atmosphere and a convenient location, with nearby attractions and transport easy to reach. The rooms were clean, well kept, and had all the essentials. Staff were courteous and ready to help, and both check-in and checkout went smoothly. I had a fantastic stay and would recommend Bee Oak budget hotel for a comfortable, affordable visit. I'll definitely come back.
