Getting around was easy from Bloom Hotel in Hitech City, Hyderabad, and the staff were courteous and helpful. Since I’d stayed at Bloom properties before, check-in was especially quick this time: I shared my details and finished the process through a link. The room was spacious and comfortable, though the AC was noticeably loud. A good stay, with that small issue to improve.

Breakfast was fresh, nicely prepared, and served in a clean, orderly dining area. I also liked the look of the hotel, from the welcoming lobby to the calming colours and design throughout. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well kept, and check-in went smoothly. The whole stay felt thoughtfully handled and exceeded my expectations. I’d happily come back and recommend it.

The location made business and other travel convenient, and service was quick. Everyone I dealt with was polite and ready to help. My room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, so I had a wonderful stay at Bloom Hotel - Hitec City. I’d recommend it and would gladly stay again.

4/10
The reception looked quite nice, but my room faced another building, had no sunlight, and the view was terrible. There was no hot water, and both the furniture and rooms felt old. The washroom looked dated and a bit shabby too. The real place was a big letdown compared with the pictures.

2/10
The building felt sealed off, with no windows or fresh air, and the strong artificial fragrance made it suffocating. I paid ₹4500 for a “standard” room, but basic things didn’t work: the TV and bathroom exhaust were out, and there were no towels or toiletries. Even small requests meant calling reception, while staff kept saying there was a “technical issue” instead of fixing things. Don’t trust the fake reviews. You can find much better hotels for this price. I wouldn’t recommend it.
