Casa Hotel Madhapur

Casa Hotel, Madhapur is a new property, and the rooms looked fresh, bright, clean, and well maintained. The elegant theme and interiors stood out, and the staff, including the polite, helpful receptionist, were very welcoming. The restaurant was well managed and served tasty food. When we arrived, the reception AC wasn't on, which made it a little uncomfortable, and there were a few mosquitoes for the team to address. We had a pleasant stay, with great rooms, good service, and a great location. I'd recommend it for the cleanliness, comfort, and friendly staff, and hope they keep things this well maintained.

The restaurant on the seventh floor was amazing, with top-notch food across the menu, and the gym was decent. Its machines didn't work, but the plates and dumbbells were enough for a decent workout. We stayed three days and two nights, close to Hitec. City. The rooms were super clean and the staff friendly. My only issue was the early check-in: they said no rooms were available, even though the whole hotel looked empty. I ended up paying Agoda for another full day, which was annoying. Overall, a good stay.

We had a good three-night stay in a clean room, with breakfast included in our booking. The food was okay. Ordering dosa and egg could take nearly 15 minutes, so we might have finished breakfast by the time it arrived. They should work on making it quicker.

The calm, comfortable ambiance made for a relaxing stay, and the food was delicious. Our room was super clean, and the staff were polite and always ready to help. A wonderful experience and totally worth it!
