The room itself is spacious, and room service was just about okay. Beyond that, there were a lot of problems: no geyser or hot water, poor linens, and not even water bottles. You have to fill water from the cans provided. The lift can get stuck at d floor if it isn’t closed properly. The person at reception didn’t know the rules, prices, or much else. I didn’t even consider trying the food.

The room was decent in size and quality, and there were a few small efforts from staff, but service and attentiveness were poor at Cyber Heights (formerly Castle). I told them I had to leave by 8, or 8:15 at the latest, each day. Despite repeated promises of “just 10 mins,” they couldn’t even have tea ready, let alone breakfast, and the delays kept stretching beyond 30 minutes. On checkout day, hot water was promised for 5:10 AM but still wasn’t ready at 7:45. We finally bathed in lukewarm water at 7:30. It had rained the night before and cooled down outside, but they didn’t seem to adjust the water heater. When we arrived around 4 AM to check in, the attendant wouldn’t turn on the lights despite several requests. I gave two stars because they at least tried and the room was okay. I’ve added photos of the lobby and third-floor common area. The bathroom was large, but the curtained-off bath space was very small and uncomfortable.

Calling this place a hotel, or PG, doesn’t make it worth even one star. I stayed for three days in accommodation arranged by my company. They had booked ten rooms, but on the first day we were given five, with four people to a room, including girls having to share. Later, once they gave us rooms as originally ordered, each for two people, the problems continued: the AC didn’t work, Wi-Fi wasn’t reliable, a cupboard was broken, and there was no hot water in the mornings. By the third morning, even the water supply wasn’t proper. Whenever we complained, management said it would be fixed in 15 minutes. We’d return after 15 minutes to find them watching YouTube videos, asking what the problem was, then promising another 15 minutes. It kept going in circles until we were completely frustrated and asked HR to change the hotel.
