Check-in and check-out were easy, and the location was convenient for getting around. I found the place calm and safe, which made it easy to relax. My room stayed clean, tidy, and well cared for, and the staff were polite and quick to help. The services felt worth the price.

We arrived and the hotel refused to honor our booking, then moved us to Balaji Grand, a lodge, without giving us a refund. The breakfast that was included wasn't available there either. I wouldn't trust this property or Fab Hotels. The Fab Hotels places in LB Nagar felt like roadside dhaba hotels to me. I'd pay 500 extra to stay somewhere else.

The location is peaceful, and it's easy to reach from the main road. I slept like a baby. Staff were friendly, everything was clean and hygienic, and free WiFi was included. Everything was good!

The stay itself was decent, but at check-in management asked me to pay extra. They said the Fabhotel app price didn't match their actual price. I hope the Fab hotel team and local management sort this out so customers don't get caught in the same mess.

Really clean room and bedding, and the bed was cozy. It was a great room for the price. One thing I'd suggest is adding a shower in the bathroom.
