Water seeped into the cupboards in the terrace flat and the dampness ruined some of my belongings, so I had to throw a couple of things out. Also, if you're planning to stay for a month, get the arrangement in writing. Later they said I hadn't told them, and I got back only half of my security deposit.

They have rooms as well as 3 BHK flats, and it seems like a good place for friends or families to stay. The business has changed its name to " Sunrise Seaesta".

They use the opposite apartment's parking without permission, since they don't have parking of their own. Nearby residents also have to put up with parties, DJs, and celebrations going on until 2 or 4 AM. Management doesn't listen to people in the surrounding apartments, and it makes daily life miserable. Even the police stay silent about the harassment. It's a good place for guests, but terrible for the people living nearby.

Privacy was good, and there was a decent amount of parking. The place itself was pretty decent, but the options were very limited and not worth it. There was no TV in the main hall, which was a letdown, and no crockery either. They could address those gaps.

Breakfast was tasty, with idli and other options like parota or upma. There are restaurants nearby too, and you can order through Zomato. The apartment has three bedrooms, a hall, kitchen, and balcony. My stay was pleasant, and the rooms looked like the photos, nice and hygienic. I only had an issue with the Wi-Fi, which staff fixed soon. I'd recommend staying here.
