For our family, the location worked well for what we needed. The rooms were good too. We were charged 1500 for 12-11 next day. The booking apps show a lower price, but once you arrive they charge a fixed 1500.

I prepaid, but the owner still made me pay 300 rupees extra, above the amount shown on the website. The people here were very unprofessional. They also sell water bottles for more than MRP. I wouldn't choose this place.

A really bad stay. The corridors looked ugly, staff were unfriendly, and the service was poor. Basic room items like towels and soap weren't provided, and neither the TV nor the WiFi worked. I wouldn't recommend it to families or officials. 😔

The rooms were good and neat when I visited. It's just 1km from Victoria Memorial metro station. Keep in mind the online price isn't what the hotel charges: they have a fixed room rate, and you have to pay the remaining amount at reception to confirm the booking.

On the 14th, two executives stayed for one night after paying in advance. Only at checkout did the hotel tell them it wouldn't provide a bill, which they needed for claims. OYA partnering with a hotel of this low standard is surprising. I won't stay at this kind of place again.
