We didn’t try the food because we left early, so I can’t speak to it. There are plenty of local places to eat within walking distance, though, and the hotel is very close to the US embassy, the ORR and other things in Hitech City. Location seems to account for much of the price. We stayed one night on our way to Chennai. It was quiet enough for a good night’s sleep, but the room was small and the amenities were average for what we paid. There’s room for a few cars in the basement, but if it’s full you’ll need to park on the road. It worked for our stop, especially if easy access to Hitech City is your main concern. There are accommodation options across different budgets nearby, so it may be worth comparing them if you have time.

The extra amount we paid still needs to be refunded, and based on this stay I wouldn’t recommend the hotel. My parents were charged again at check-in even though I had paid for the booking in advance. When we asked for help sorting it out, the staff were dismissive and uncooperative. There was very little courtesy or professionalism, and the whole situation caused unnecessary stress. This sort of poor handling of a booking is unacceptable. I hope the hotel takes the feedback seriously so it doesn’t happen to other guests.

For a one-night stay around a US Consulate visa appointment, this place is affordable and reliable. The rooms are only okay, but the staff are friendly. You’ll find lots of food options nearby, and the consulate is within walking distance.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel after what happened to my parents. Their stay was booked and fully paid in advance, but they were charged again when they checked in. The staff were dismissive and unhelpful when we tried to get it resolved, with no courtesy or professionalism. That kind of mismanagement is unacceptable, and I’m asking for the extra charge to be refunded.
