There was a serious water problem during my stay, and the room wasn't clean or well maintained. Staff also judged and disrespected us when we checked in as a couple, treating us as though we were only there for sex. It was deeply uncomfortable and unprofessional. When I booked and paid online, they treated me like a second-class guest, as if I were in a train's general unreserved compartment. They gave priority to walk-ins because they wanted cash. I had a terrible stay at this OYO and strongly advise everyone, especially couples, to avoid it.
