I would not recommend this hotel. When I arrived for the first time at 11:45 PM after a long trip, they couldn’t track or coordinate the booking records. I had to argue for 15 minutes to get them to understand that my booking had already been confirmed, even though I was exhausted and in no state to argue. Room service was badly managed too. I got no proper response despite calling multiple times. There was no room key, and no basic supplies like towels or soap. Breakfast had only one item. Their booking record problems also held up checkout: they said there was no booking under my name, and I couldn’t understand how they’d let me stay two nights without one. The hospitality was horrible from day one, but I had no option but to stay those two nights. Get lost.

I had a bad experience during my nearly two-month stay, and I’d urge others to think carefully before choosing this place. I paid around 15,000-20,000 rupees per month and regretted it every day. They call it a three-star property, but the service was disappointing, and staff argued with me instead of trying to resolve problems. The building may look fine, and the washrooms were clean, but they had many plumbing issues. Drinking water was unavailable every other day, and the supposedly 24x7 Wi-Fi basically never had a signal. Then, after almost two months, they suddenly asked me to pay much more than before. They said the General Manager had changed and he wanted room prices raised by about 70-80 percent. I repeatedly asked for the General Manager’s number, but they kept making one excuse or another and wouldn’t share it. I paid far more than the property deserved.

I stayed for six days in a good deluxe room with AC, a geyser, TV and Wi-Fi. The room was just right, and the complimentary breakfast was good. The restaurant upstairs was good too, with affordable North Indian food. I wasn’t happy with the TV subscription, though, since many of the most-watched channels weren’t included.

We booked for three days and had no water at all. We ended up buying bottled water just to bathe. Then the power went out, and even though there was a generator, they said they couldn’t start it because they had no petrol or diesel. Don’t expect Wi-Fi or AC either. The manager didn’t respond to our questions and was highly unprofessional. We thought we’d lost our money. Worst place, don’t visit. They don’t deserve even one star.
