This place is far from the railway station, and the rooms are in terrible condition. There were lots of insects, cockroaches and lizards on every floor, and the lift wasn't working. I've never seen a washroom as dirty as this one. The staff were supportive, but I wouldn't recommend staying here with family. They asked for the full amount upfront and wouldn't refund it if I cancelled. I tried contacting booking.com customer service to complain but got no response. Please take this hotel off the list. It's a waste of money.

My parents were refused check-in on 23 Nov 2025, even though I'd paid the full amount in advance and confirmed the booking through Make my trip. The hotel is overpriced for what it offers, and I think it's best to book somewhere else.

The hotel employee was asleep in the lobby when I arrived with my family for a room booked through MakeMyTrip. I woke him and told him about the booking, but he said there were no rooms available. He didn't even check the reservations. It was a terrible experience. Please don't go to this property. OYO and MakeMyTrip need to take serious action.

The hotel was just okay, but the charging points didn't work and the toilets weren't clean. When we asked about getting them fixed or cleaned, the manager told us not to book through OYO and to book directly with the hotel if we wanted service.

The toilets were very dirty and there were insects everywhere, making this the worst hotel to stay in. I don't know why OYO recommends it. Once you've paid, you can't cancel and get your money back. I left and checked in at Vinayaka recidency instead.
