The security guard was the exception, but the rest of the staff were extremely rude. They even charged for the complimentary water bottle. If you care about being treated with respect, you won’t want to return. There are better hotels close to the railway station. If the staff’s attitude isn’t brought under control, I think this hotel will soon be out of business.

The rooms are spacious and okay, and 1k is worth it for a noon check-in and checkout at the same time the next day. There’s a lift, and the railway station is only a ten-minute walk, which felt nice after the long trip from Bengaluru. A nearby pure veg restaurant was great. The TV was there but didn’t work, and the door lock was damaged, so I couldn’t secure the room when going out. I had to ask the front desk to look after our luggage. We were told Wi-Fi was available, but it wasn’t. Breakfast was listed as available but wasn’t provided because we checked in around 5 am and were told to leave by 5 pm. We also paid 500 extra for the early check-in.

The room was neat and clean, and generally good. I paid for lunch through the Oyo app, but the hotel didn’t provide it. Management told me to ask Oyo about it.

We were given a smoking room even though we’d booked a non-smoking one. The rooms weren’t cleaned until we checked out, and there’s no restaurant at the hotel. Below average overall, and I wouldn’t recommend it for a family stay.
