It was the cheapest option, and the room was better than I expected. The location was good, within walking distance of Osmania Medical College metro station. Don't expect service, there wasn't any.

I'm shocked this place is even listed. Water damage on the walls, missing window glass, and rooms full of mosquitoes made the conditions appalling. The staff were rude and completely uncooperative. The whole experience was terrible, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It isn't fit to stay in, and I feel sorry for anyone who considers booking here.

Never book this place. There are no blankets or windows, and the fan doesn't work above speed 2. It's a home for mosquitoes.

OLA automatically assigned me this place after they cancelled my other property themselves. My room was on the second floor, and there was no lift. There was no AC, TV, hot water, or complimentary breakfast. Free WIFI was the only good thing. Totally below the standards OYO promotes.

I stayed at spot on hotel RK Residency from 6th October to 9th October 2024, and wouldn't recommend it. The room was tiny, cramped, suffocating, and had no air conditioning. I had to climb to the 4th floor because there was no lift. They said there would be free WI-FI, 24-hour room service, and breakfast available, but none of those services were provided as promised. The room fell short, and management didn't deliver what they had assured me. As a paying customer, I expected a certain level of quality and service, and it was sadly missing. Poor management and a disappointing stay.
