Townhouse Peddamma Temple

I couldn’t sleep after getting a call at 1:30 AM asking for the booking ID, even though I’d already sent it on WhatsApp at check-in. I told the staff that, but they still asked me to send it again around midnight. That was a very unprofessional, unnecessary disturbance. Getting a working room was a struggle too. It took 30 minutes to confirm the booking, and neither room 208 nor 308 had power or a working geyser. Room 201 was the only functional one, after another 30 minutes spent moving between floors. No one showed me to the room or explained the basics. I had to work out for myself that the power switch outside needed to be turned on. The whole experience caused stress and cost me rest, so I asked OYO for a full refund. They refused. When customers complain, it feels like both OYO and the hotels turn a blind eye and leave you without help.
