The room had live cockroaches everywhere and hadn't been properly cleaned. The reception staff had a bad attitude. I've traveled across all the southern states, and this is the worst culture I've seen to date. I strongly suggest not risking new diseases by staying here.

At checkout, the receptionist put items I hadn't ordered on the final bill. Be careful about what you order, since even water is charged here. This was the worst stay of my entire travel history. The rooms smelled and weren't cleaned properly, and the washrooms were dirty, possibly worse than public washrooms. I asked the host several times to change rooms, but they rudely ignored all my complaints. Cleanliness, basic amenities, and response time all need a lot of improvement.

The service was the worst I've experienced in Hyderabad. The staff don't know how to welcome customers, and the hotel always seems to have empty rooms. A very bad experience. I suffered here and don't want anyone else to go through the same, so please don't even consider staying.

The rooms were dirty, the service was poor, and the towel they gave me had a stain. The TV and Wi-Fi weren't working, either. Staff were rude, and when we argued about the service, they seemed ready to fight. For the price, you get no room or service worth it. Book here if you want to waste your money.
