They were doing maintenance early in the morning, so I couldn't sleep. The room itself felt unsafe, in what seemed like one house divided into three hotel rooms. The listing photos showed nothing like the place we got, and there wasn't a single hotel facility. The bed and sheets were dirty and smelly. The furniture was all junk, with cupboard doors you couldn't open, cobwebs in every corner, and cockroaches roaming around. The room was old and filthy, like someone's scrap house turned into a hotel. The washroom looked as if it hadn't been cleaned for months. Check my photos for proof. No one even called to ask if we needed water or anything else. The staff's attitude was through the roof. They acted as if they were doing us a favor for mistakenly booking there, and were very rude. Even handing over the key seemed like a huge effort. Their uniforms looked like they'd just woken up after a month's sleep. I wouldn't recommend this place even for 500 rupees, and I'll warn as many people as I can after making the mistake myself.

I've stayed here often, but the service has really gone downhill this time. During my five nights, nobody came to clean the room or even asked whether we wanted it cleaned. The bathroom, bed linen, and towels were all dirty, and I had to get them changed. I don't think the reception manager is capable of running the place.

The rooms are spacious and clean, and there's a nice balcony. It's more like a service apartment, though I didn't use much of the common area. The location works well for anyone with work in Mindspace, and it's good for work trips.

The room smelled foul, as if it wasn't cleaned regularly. The AC remote and intercom didn't work, the main door lock didn't fit properly, and there weren't even basic toiletries. For over 2,000, the room was tiny. With the same budget, the same hotel management had bigger rooms, better facilities, a bigger balcony, and all amenities available just below the rooms offered through Fab hotels. Those weren't allocated to Fab hotels, though. The photos online weren't of the rooms assigned to Fab customers. The manager at Fab hotels, Madhapur said, "Rooms booked for fab hotels will be like this only". At 10 PM, I was told to leave after asking for facilities that had been offered and paid for. Fab hotels had checked me out on the website, then said policy meant I had to pay for the three hours I stayed, despite being removed and humiliated. I reported the issue by phone three weeks ago and by email over two weeks ago. They still haven't resolved it, just kept delaying things with improper handling. This was the worst travel stay I've ever had. I won't choose fab hotels again. Some photos are posted here. Don't get cheated by people with no business ethics or customer-friendly attitude.
