FabHotel Green Leaf

My friend's father was staying in another room, and at checkout staff had a mix-up and thought he'd misplaced the room keys. They called him and literally abused him. The manager was rude too, though the other staff were good. My family and I stayed for 3-4 days after booking through MakeMyTrip for 3 adults. When we arrived, the room was for two, and they argued that three of us should fit in a double bed. When I asked them to arrange something for the third person, the manager rudely told me to complain to OYO. We arrived late at night and had no other choice but to manage, which meant sleepless nights. The worst place to stay, boycott it.

I stayed here for a week. The staff were polite and respectful, and the place was very neat. The beds are big, washrooms clean, and the waiting area is huge. There’s easy bike parking inside the building. Only three cars can park outside. There’s no kitchen or separate menu for ordering, so we had to use Swiggy and Zomato. There are three restaurants in front of the hotel, which was fine for me.

The location is good and the rooms are decent. Staff didn't seem well trained and came across as rough.

The AC didn't work, and they don't serve breakfast, drinking water, towels, or cutlery. Most of the service staff seemed drunk all the time. The service was very poor, and no one even understood common words.
