People were drinking in the reception area, which made it feel unsafe. The hotel was disgusting and unhygienic, with cockroaches and mosquitoes everywhere. The bedsheets were very dirty, and the shower pipe was broken. I have video proof, but couldn't upload it here. It doesn't even deserve one star.

Bathroom was in bad shape. The knob fell off and injured my foot, and the towels were dirty and full of holes. The AC remote situation was ridiculous: they wouldn't give me a remote until I insisted, then brought three just to show that none worked. There was no hot water, the power points didn't work, and the TV was disabled with wires hanging around. When I complained, staff and the in-charge argued and threatened me. Mr. Shubham was helpless, and Ms Jyoti the in-charge spoke rudely. This feels like staying in a slum. AVOID this place at all costs. Look at the photos here.

The AC barely did more than blow air. There wasn't a kettle in the room, and at checkout they asked me to pay for the two water bottles they'd provided. The room hadn't been cleaned properly, and the bedsheets were stained. The toilet and bathroom looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages, and the taps were rusty.

I only needed a non-AC room for a couple of hours to freshen up before work, checking in around 8.30 am. The room and washroom were clean, and there was hot and cold water for bathing. I didn't order food or ask for room service, so I can't say anything about those. They charged around 1400/- including gst, the price of a full day, for using the room for 2 to 3 hrs. If you ask for a bill without gst, they charge Rs. 1200/-. I didn't find any restaurants nearby, though there were street stalls.
