OYO 13730 Hotel Balram

My father booked 30 rooms so our guests could stay comfortably during my sister's wedding, but this turned into the worst hotel experience. I had to bribe a sweeper to get rooms cleaned so we wouldn't be embarrassed in front of our guests. One manager, Mr. Sander, was extremely rude and unwilling to cooperate. If I could, I'd give this hotel a -5.

The rooms are large and clean. They could use a few more things, like an electric kettle, a water bottle, and room service.

I'd give it three stars, not five. The staff were good, but someone kept asking me to give a five-star rating, and nobody should pressure guests like that. The bathroom wasn't up to standard; the pipe was sticking out before I went in, and it was cleaned while I was there. The kitchen staff member was rude when I ordered three times: two two-egg omelettes, two buttered toasts, and coffee. I gave the instructions and asked him to repeat them, but he couldn't remember, so I asked him to write them down. He said, in Hindi, that it couldn't be done. I didn't speak rudely, though I admit I raised my voice. I didn't misbehave. A five-star rating is for when everything is good.

The worst hotel in Noida. There was no hygiene, no masks, and no sanitization. The washrooms were so dirty the taps were black with grime. The towel was torn, the bedsheet and duvet cover were tattered, and the pillows smelled bad and were dirty. The TV didn't work, and worst of all, there were mosquitoes. They told me this was the best room they had.
