Pooja Villa Suites Igatpuri

We stayed one night, but the experience wasn't what we'd hoped for. In Room no.4, the fridge and TV weren't working, and cable TV service wasn't available. The balcony view was completely blocked by a building, so there was no view to enjoy. The swimming pool also wasn't clean enough, with mosquitoes literally swimming in it. We hope the hotel fixes these issues for future guests.

We spent Friday evening through Sunday morning in the Executive Suite at Pooja Villa, managed by Nature's Dreamland. The setting is the real draw: the valley opens up right in front of you, with tall mountains beyond it, trains crossing below, and birds all around. It's quiet enough for a proper break from city life, but the internet connection is good. The suite has two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom and gallery, plus a large air-conditioned hall with sofas and a mini fridge. The rooms have good ventilation. There’s also a private mini pool and a huge gallery, and we spent most of the day swimming. The sudden rain made it even more fun. The pool has a filter and lights for nighttime. There's plenty of parking, an elevator for guests, and the staff and management were friendly. Food can be ordered from a local restaurant and delivered to the room. The villa also serves tea and coffee as room service. They accept UPI and cash, but not cards. We had a great stay and would come back.

Avoid this place if you don't want your holiday spoiled. The room service was absolutely pathetic, with no service, electricity problems, and no food, tea, or water available.
