The rooms are a comfortable place to unwind after being out in the city, and the staff are courteous and helpful. I also liked that the hotel mixes local character with the familiar basics. It’s in a handy central spot for reaching Imphal’s markets, cultural sites, and administrative areas, so it works for tourists, business travelers, or government officials. Meals usually include Manipuri dishes as well as standard Indian food. The atmosphere is calm and professional, and while it isn’t luxurious, it feels like a reliable, welcoming base for a short or longer visit.

I had a great stay and wanted to stay longer, but had to leave. Mr. Kishan sir at the Front Officer gave me hospitality that went way beyond what I expected, and I’m still delighted with his service and the staff’s kindness. The hotel suited my needs, with good rates, value, service, attitude, and ambience. Imphal Hotel is the best for what we look for. I spent four days here while visiting Imphal, and the room was tidy and comfortable with delicious food. The service was warm and efficient. There’s no lift, so using the stairs was difficult for me. It may be good exercise, but could be hard for older guests or anyone with health issues like mine.

That buffet breakfast was a highlight for me, with a different menu to enjoy. The staff were polite, helpful, and hardworking, and Miss Caroline stood out as a professional leader who knows her job well. The hotel is right in the city centre, which made getting around convenient. I enjoyed my stay and plan to visit again in February 2026.

We had a comfortable stay, and the staff were attentive and very polite. The property is generally well maintained, though the furniture could use some upgrades and attention to detail. The room and shared restrooms need more care with hygiene. Breakfast could also be improved, with a better selection served hotter. All the best!
